This exciting, award winning, all weather, educational attraction provides a fascinating insight into the aquatic world around North Devon. The aquarium houses a diverse collection of local aquatic life in beautifully recreated natural habitats. The exhibits follow a unique ‘zoned’ journey from the source of an Exmoor stream, down river to an estuary, local rock pool, harbour, coast, to Lundy & it’s marine reserve. Free children’s quizzes available.
The aquarium also offers a funky fish retail area where good value & unusual aquatic themed gifts can be purchased. A small café with sheltered outside seating provides refreshments, light snacks and quality local dairy ice cream in a relaxing environment.
